Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for L3 routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, RIPv2, and Static Routing
• Lead validation of WAN technologies including PPPoE, DHCP WAN, Static IP, and multi-WAN failover scenarios
• Perform end-to-end testing of Firewall, NAT/PAT, DHCP, and DNS features across IPv4 and IPv6 environments
• Drive test automation initiatives using Python, Robot Framework, or equivalent frameworks
• Conduct packet-level analysis using Wireshark and tcpdump to validate protocol behavior
• Perform interoperability testing across multi-vendor environments
• Mentor junior QA engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams during design reviews

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Hands-on experience with IPv6 (addressing, DHCPv6, SLAAC, dual-stack environments)
• Familiarity with VPN technologies such as IPSec, OpenVPN, or WireGuard
• Experience with VLAN and other L2 protocols
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated regression frameworks
• Experience with embedded Linux or firmware-level debugging

Preferred Qualifications

• Networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent
