Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts across web, mobile, and backend systems
• Manage and execute comprehensive test strategies encompassing manual and automated testing
• Execute API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger
• Execute UI testing to validate responsiveness and consistency across platforms
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium or Appium
• Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers
• Document and manage test plans, risks, and results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA efforts with business goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing
• Proficiency in API testing and SQL for backend validation
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of mentoring team members and leading QA efforts
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in QA methodologies and test design techniques

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools
• Experience with performance testing using LoadRunner or BlazeMeter
• Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms like BrowserStack or AWS Device Farm
