Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, Mobile, Integration, and Performance testing.
• Define the overall test automation strategy and technical vision for critical banking and payment platforms.
• Integrate automated test scripts into existing CI/CD pipelines to establish a full Continuous Testing (CT) workflow.
• Manage the test case lifecycle using JIRA and Xray, ensuring requirements traceability and comprehensive reporting.
• Implement Mobile Device Farm integration (e.g., Perfecto, BrowserStack) to execute tests on physical devices and emulators.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business analysts within an Agile/DevSecOps environment to embed quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Evaluate and implement innovative testing tools, including AI-assisted testing and model-based testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering or a related IT field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in software testing with a focus on enterprise-level test automation.
• Extensive expertise in Tricentis TOSCA (including TDS, TCD, and DEX) and NEOLOAD performance testing.
• Proficiency in mobile automation tools such as Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, or Detox.
• Strong scripting skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Selenium and API testing tools like Postman or Swagger.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications in Tosca (AS1, AS2, TDS1, TDS2) or Automation Engineer (AE).
• Xray Certified Practitioner status.
• Experience with database testing (MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of shift-left testing, TDD, and BDD methodologies.
