Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work in an Agile environment and adhere to all QA best practices
• Create and maintain test plans that complement Product Owners’ user stories
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and re-testing
• Contribute to automation efforts using Playwright
• Analyze product requirements to ensure a risk-based testing approach
• Write test cases and scenarios, manage bug tracking, and perform test analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across geographic locations (Europe and Americas)
• Identify and communicate cross-functional development timelines to minimize blockers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 2–5 years of strong experience in Quality Assurance
• Strong theoretical knowledge of software testing and QA processes
• Hands-on experience in test case creation, test plans, and traceability matrices
• Proficiency with SDLC methodologies, specifically Agile
• Ability to create functional automation scripts using Playwright
• Time zone flexibility to work with colleagues in Europe and the Americas
• Understanding of software development infrastructure and CI/CD processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to the travel domain or experience testing GDS/booking systems
• Experience using Azure DevOps Test Plan as a test management system
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics
