Responsibilities

• Work with the client and the team to ensure quality is embedded in every aspect of delivery
• Provide support and leadership by mentoring client team members in quality principles
• Collaborate closely with developers to drive the development of test frameworks and engage in technical discussions
• Continuously and iteratively improve testing practices
• Maintain a holistic view of the spectrum of tests implemented to support continuous delivery
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and adapt to changing environments

Requirements

• Extensive experience working with E2E delivery teams to meet business outcomes
• Deep understanding of agile and lean delivery principles
• Deep knowledge of test methodologies and testability across the SDLC
• Wide range of testing skills including non-functional testing concerns
• Experience with continuous delivery and continuous integration
• Experience with multiple programming languages and willingness to learn new ones for collaborative programming
• Analytical mindset with attention to fine-grained detail and holistic views
