Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans to ensure full coverage of product requirements
• Design, create, and execute both automated and manual test scripts to meet quality goals
• Prepare and manage traceability matrices to verify test coverage
• Generate detailed testing reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Monitor software changes and update test cases and plans accordingly
• Maintain a comprehensive database of software defects and track resolutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal product reliability

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of professional software testing experience
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and automated processing technologies
• Solid understanding of client-server architecture
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Extensive experience with QA tools and defect-tracking systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior programming experience is highly desirable
• Additional QA certifications or specialized training
