Senior QA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale robust automation frameworks for web and mobile applications
• Establish coding standards, folder structures, and reusable component libraries
• Manage the full automation test suite including functional, regression, smoke, and sanity tests
• Identify, investigate, and resolve flaky tests to ensure reliable pipeline results
• Manage Git branching strategies and conduct code reviews for automation scripts
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, TestCafe, or equivalent)
• Proven experience in Git branching management and code review practices
• Strong track record of stabilizing flaky tests in CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency with API automation (Postman, Karate, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data validation
• Intermediate English proficiency for international team communication
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD integration

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce or ERP system experience
• Experience using AI agents or AI-assisted tools in QA
• ISTQB Advanced Level (Test Automation Engineer) certificate
• Experience with performance or load testing
