Senior QA Automation Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test analysis systems to identify quality gaps and predict failure patterns
• Design systems to collect, analyze, and act on testing data for continuous quality improvement
• Leverage AI-powered tools for test automation, failure analysis, and root cause identification
• Establish new methodologies for measuring test quality beyond simple pass/fail metrics
• Define and implement architectural patterns for effective and maintainable testing
• Implement systematic regression tracking and prevention processes

Requirements

• Expertise with test architecture and automation systems design
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with test automation involving embedded systems
• Proven track record in driving test transformation and improving effectiveness
• Ability to design and optimize solutions using AI tools and predictive analytics
• Knowledge of CI tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, TeamCity, or AWS
• Advanced test analysis skills including flakiness and failure pattern recognition
• Leadership experience mentoring engineers and driving organizational change
• Experience as a project QA or development lead

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications or training in AI/ML or AI testing
