Senior QA Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop test scenarios and test cases from requirements and design specifications
• Perform system, integration, and regression testing within agile teams
• Lead automation strategy and generate scripts using Selenium and Python
• Design, execute, and analyze automation test scripts for web and mobile applications
• Document, track, and escalate issues using Jira
• Participate in scrum meetings, code reviews, and requirements grooming
• Coordinate between onshore and offshore teams to drive root cause identification and resolution
• Support production deployment through validation testing during maintenance windows

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software development or testing roles
• Proficiency in Selenium and Python (including PyCharm)
• Strong experience in manual testing of APIs and web applications
• Excellent skills in writing SQL queries and working with databases
• Proven experience working in Agile development environments using Jira
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AI, Agentic AI, and GenAI technologies
• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with Airflow, AWS, Snowflake, Azure, or Databricks
• Understanding of mobile app ecosystems
