Senior QA Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop test scenarios and test cases from requirements and design specifications
• Perform system, integration, and regression testing within agile teams
• Lead automation strategy and generate scripts using Selenium and Python
• Design, execute, and analyze automation test scripts for web and mobile applications
• Document, track, and escalate issues using JIRA
• Collaborate with product management, project management, and development teams to ensure test objectives are met
• Participate in troubleshooting and triaging issues to drive root cause identification
• Support production deployment and perform validation testing during maintenance windows

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in development or testing roles
• Proficiency in Selenium and Python (including PyCharm)
• Strong experience in manual testing of APIs and web applications
• Excellent skills in writing SQL queries and working with databases
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Knowledge of AI, Agentic AI, or GenAI
• Experience with Airflow, AWS, Snowflake, Azure, or Databricks
• Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems
