Senior Python Engineer with AI

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and configuration of custom GPTs on the ChatGPT platform
• Design and implement robust solutions using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and other LLM frameworks
• Oversee the build of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions and function calling techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
• Utilize Docker for application deployment and manage AI applications on Microsoft Azure
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team
• Monitor system performance and stay current with industry trends in AI and machine learning

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Python programming
• Experience building and configuring custom GPTs for the ChatGPT platform
• Background working with open-source LLM models such as Llama and Mixtral
• Proficiency with LLM frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex
• Expertise in Docker and familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure
• Proven experience in building RAG solutions
• Capability to lead and mentor a team of developers
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous involvement with AI proofs of concept (PoCs)
• Published works or active contributions to AI or machine learning communities
