Senior PV Associate

Responsibilities

• Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from all sources in compliance with regulations and client requirements
• Manage SAE/SUSAR activities, including unblinding, clinical trial reconciliation, and protocol review
• Perform ICSR follow-ups and MedDRA/WHO coding
• Handle Product Quality Complaints and interact with Quality Assurance and Medical Information departments
• Manage database outputs and reports for monthly client reporting
• Support the RA & PV Network Department, potentially acting as a Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (LCPPV)
• Provide general support to project teams and assist in workflow and resource management

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Nursing, or other healthcare-related field)
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in pharmacovigilance
• Advanced proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Strong time and issue management skills
