About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and sign leading OOH and DOOH media owners to build a diversified supply portfolio for the French market
- Lead the full publisher lifecycle including prospecting, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and retention
- Onboard new partners onto the OMI platform, guiding them through technical integration for a smooth launch
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key contacts ranging from operations to C-suite levels
- Monitor and analyze publisher performance to identify revenue and engagement opportunities
- Collaborate with product, technical, and sales teams to align publisher capabilities with advertiser demand
- Serve as the internal voice of the publisher by providing market insights and partner feedback to leadership
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in publisher development, supply partnerships, or account management within digital media or AdTech
- Experience in planning and negotiating OOH/DOOH within an agency environment
- Proven track record of signing and growing partnerships with media owners or publishers
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic, DSP/SSP, and contextual advertising
- Experience managing technical integrations and working alongside engineering or product teams
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in revenue modeling and performance data reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging both operational and executive contacts
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior direct exposure to the OOH/DOOH industry
- Experience working within a startup or scale-up environment
- Deep familiarity with the French OOH/DOOH media landscape
