Responsibilities

• Plan and execute influencer marketing and public relations activities across the organization
• Develop and implement strategies and campaigns that enhance EVA Pharma’s visibility and brand reputation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, opinion leaders, journalists, and digital content creators
• Manage influencer selection, briefing, contracting, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with corporate communications, digital marketing, design, and PR teams to ensure aligned messaging
• Manage and optimize CRM tools and systems for influencer relationship management
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and ROI
• Support corporate campaigns and product communications through storytelling and creative digital collaborations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
• 2-3 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or digital communications
• Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
• Proven success in influencer relationship management and campaign execution
• Strong understanding of digital trends, social media platforms, and content dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
