About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication strategies and stakeholder mapping to enhance reputation and visibility
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners, journalists, government bodies, syndicates, NGOs, and patient communities
  • Oversee press materials, media coverage, and proactive story pitching
  • Manage and handle all corporate events and public engagements
  • Lead and coordinate CSR initiatives to strengthen social impact
  • Manage on-ground activations and consumer engagement activities
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Communications, Public Relations, or Business Administration
  • 2–3 years of experience in public relations and corporate communications
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
  • Proven experience managing press relations and brand reputation
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills in Arabic and English
  • Strategic thinking and hands-on execution abilities
