Senior PTP Finance Operations

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end invoice processing, including validation, posting, and 2-way/3-way matching (Invoice, PO, GR)
• Process vendor payments and monitor payment cycles to ensure timely execution
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and vendor queries
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals and reporting inputs
• Maintain accuracy and meet SLA requirements for processing volumes
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and business teams to resolve discrepancies and manage escalations
• Maintain invoice trackers, AP aging reports, and reconciliation schedules
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements
• Support the updating of SOPs, checklists, and process documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 4–8 years of experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) or Accounts Payable (AP) operations
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred, or Oracle)
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Solid understanding of the AP lifecycle and invoice validation processes
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Shared Services, GBS, or consulting environment
• Exposure to month-end closing activities and audit support
