Senior Proposals Writer & Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage development and production of business-winning sales proposals, pitch materials, and market reports
• Work with senior specialists and marketing managers to develop pitch strategy and competitive differentiators
• Synthesize key messages into cohesive and compelling written documents
• Collaborate with Designers and Market Analysts to execute projects within deadlines
• Manage multi-stage draft review processes among deal team members
• Coordinate all aspects of proposal production including researching, writing, editing, and proofreading
• Research clients and contexts to tailor proposal content for target consignments
• Maintain and improve team systems, resource libraries, and base content

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5+ years of professional writing experience (journalism, publishing, advertising, or consulting)
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Native written fluency in English
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in history, the arts, and luxury industries
• Previous copywriting experience in the art or luxury sector
• Understanding of the auction industry and art market
• Multilingual capabilities
