Senior Proposal Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner and internal champion for all things RFP, leading proposal strategy and execution
• Use AI to build new categories of customer-facing deliverables, such as personalized microsites or interactive formats
• Pilot AI-driven changes to accelerate or improve existing RFP process steps
• Own the end-to-end RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire response strategy and process
• Maintain and improve a scalable, up-to-date knowledge base of approved answers using RFP software
• Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to track and improve RFP win rates and turnaround times

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing RFPs or proposals in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Strong project management instincts and ability to hold stakeholders accountable
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
• A forward-thinking perspective on how AI will transform proposal and deliverable work
• Ability to craft compelling, tailored customer-facing deliverables for senior buyers
• Collaborative, low-ego approach to cross-functional teamwork
