Senior Proposal Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute timely development, analysis, and completion of proposals through cross-functional collaboration
• Ensure all proposals meet strict quality, schedule, and affordability targets
• Develop and champion innovative methodologies to drive efficient contract awards
• Direct and oversee coordination of proposal evaluation notices and final proposal revisions with senior leadership
• Provide guidance and strategy for Submit Gates, mentoring team members on role delegation and decision-making
• Coordinate staffing and manage pre-RFP activities to ensure timely delivery
• Emphasize compliance with export/import regulations and business ethics standards

Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience (or Advanced Degree with 7 years of experience)
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Prior experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or equivalent
• Experience managing and communicating across highly matrixed organizations (Finance, Contracts, Engineering, Supply Chain)
• Proven ability to establish proposal response timelines and track status updates

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with prime contractors and the U.S. Government
• Prior experience in Supply Chain, Estimating, Capture Management, Finance, or Project Management
• Experience with multi-year or multiple-year contract efforts
• PMP or DAU certification
• Understanding of DoD acquisition processes and TINA compliance
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
