Senior Proposal Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and financial proposal development for large-scale multidisciplinary projects
• Implement and manage go/no-go evaluation frameworks
• Standardize proposal processes, templates, and documentation
• Prepare cost estimates, work breakdown structures, and BIM-integrated schedules
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Expertise in technical and financial proposal development
• Proficiency in cost estimation and BIM
• Strong understanding of project management software
• Extensive experience in proposal lifecycle management
• Proven track record in mentoring and collaboration
• Experience managing go/no-go evaluation frameworks
