Senior Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and technical condition of US-based commercial real estate assets
• Act as the main point of contact for tenants regarding repair requests, lease reminders, and handovers
• Manage vendors and contractors by preparing scopes of work, comparing bids, and coordinating repairs
• Participate in annual OPEX and repair planning, tracking costs against budget
• Coordinate property-specific processes including CAM reconciliation and tax appeal follow-ups

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in property management or commercial real estate operations in the US
• Hands-on experience with triple net or modified triple net leases and multi-tenant assets
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in budget tracking, invoice review, and Excel or Google Sheets
• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel to assigned properties
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
