Responsibilities

• Manage mixed, multi-site investment portfolios on behalf of third-party clients
• Oversee daily property operations including low-income lease compliance and tenant communication
• Conduct on-site walkthroughs and manage capital improvement projects
• Review and maintain property accounting records and reports
• Coordinate with Housing Authorities for low-income lease renewals and recertifications
• Schedule maintenance technicians and provide emergency on-call support
• Manage vendor records, billing, and invoicing administration
• Assist in large project management by recommending vendors and obtaining competitive pricing

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience with mixed-use multi-site residential properties
• Required experience working with low-income housing authorities and tenants
• Required experience using Yardi Voyager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work off-hours and weekends occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Property Management Certifications
