Senior Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with property owners and serve as Owner Representative
• Manage team response to tenant needs and implement tenant care programs
• Direct preparation of monthly reports and annual operating/capital budgets
• Oversee all lease administration activities and contract terms
• Proactively collect rent and manage accounts receivable
• Direct sourcing, procurement, and vendor contract compliance
• Supervise, recruit, train, and develop assigned team members
• Conduct property inspections and recommend maintenance or alterations
• Document and orchestrate emergency response plans and drills

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant real estate experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Proficiency in AP and CMMS software
• Knowledge of leases, contracts, financial instruments, and property taxes
• Advanced knowledge of financial forecasting and budgeting
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy
• Knowledge of Yardi, MRI, or Kardin
