Senior Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact and Owner Representative to ensure client objectives are met
• Manage team response to tenant needs and implement tenant retention programs
• Direct preparation of monthly reports and annual operating/capital budgets
• Oversee all lease administration, contract terms, and financial performance reporting
• Manage rent collection, AR status, and legal notices
• Direct sourcing, procurement, and vendor contract compliance
• Supervise, recruit, train, and mentor assigned property management team
• Conduct property inspections and recommend maintenance or alterations
• Document and orchestrate emergency response plans and drills

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant real estate experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Real Estate License required where mandated by local regulation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Proficiency in AP and CMMS systems
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties
• Working knowledge of leases, contracts, financial instruments, and property taxes
• Advanced knowledge of financial forecasting and budgeting
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy
• Knowledge of Yardi, MRI, or Kardin
