Responsibilities

• Oversee the department to ensure professional service for landlords and tenants
• Manage staff interviews, inductions, training, appraisals, and coaching
• Manage tenancies from commencement to property return, adhering to landlord instructions
• Coordinate management and safety inspections, including gas safety checks
• Organize remedial works, obtain estimates, issue work orders, and pay invoices
• Handle correspondence, telephone calls, and personal visits from landlords and tenants
• Manage end-of-tenancy reports and security deposit releases via the Depositary
• Respond to complaints, legal notices, and emergencies regarding property security or essential services
• Negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals
• Ensure appropriate charges are made for all services rendered

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager
• Full UK Driving License
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
