Responsibilities

• Manage industrial assets including tenant support, written reports, and tenant relations
• Partner cross-functionally with Property Management and Asset Management teams
• Maintain properties by scheduling routine maintenance and coordinating technicians
• Prepare and code invoices and manage accounts receivable/payable
• Assist in lease administration, insurance tracking, and property inspections
• Assist in the leasing process including market and comparative analysis
• Lead workflows for transaction analysis and due diligence for new acquisitions
• Assist with industrial real estate appraisals, operational budgets, and investor reporting

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Property Manager in industrial/commercial real estate
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of finance concepts and financial statements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time
