Senior Property Manager (CRE)

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate property management business operations and strategy
• Provide leadership to property management staff, promoting professional career development
• Manage budgets, track variances, and oversee the annual CAM reconciliation process
• Monitor cash flow and oversee billing processes, including invoice payments and fund disbursements
• Prepare annual budgets and financial reports for owners in accordance with management agreements
• Maintain relationships with third-party owners to ensure contract compliance and timely reporting
• Resolve tenant relations issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Perform regular property inspections and oversee construction projects in coordination with Construction Managers
• Ensure compliance with all property management policies, building codes, and governmental regulations

Requirements

• 5+ years of real estate property management or related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Valid real estate license
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations
• Proven experience in managing, evaluating, and motivating professional teams and vendors
• Experience analyzing and negotiating commercial lease and contract language
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• CPM, RPA, or CSM professional designations
