Senior Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee a large "A" class commercial portfolio, managing both operational and financial activities to align with ownership goals.
• Lead and manage portfolio personnel, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants through professional communication and strategic advisory.
• Manage annual budget preparation, tenant reconciliations, and monthly ownership reporting.
• Oversee rent collection, expense payments, and compliance with all lease terms.
• Develop and maintain building procedures, conduct property inspections, and manage long-range modernization plans.
• Supervise on-site personnel and assist with the oversight of construction management projects.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of commercial property management experience (retail, office, and industrial).
• Proven experience with CAM Reconciliations and a strong financial/budgeting background.
• Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently in a high-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional designations such as CPM, RPA, or CSM.
• Active involvement with professional organizations like BOMA, IREM, or ICSC.
