Senior Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop property management staff to ensure implementation of operations, policies, and procedures
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors
• Mentor and manage the team to achieve overall organizational goals
• Establish and maintain strategic relations with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Expand the business base through regular contact with key and prospective clients
• Manage daily operations and anticipate potential challenges to respond effectively

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience managing retail commercial real estate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Valid California Real Estate License
• Strong experience with real estate software such as YARDI or MRI
• Proven experience working with institutional clients
• Strong understanding of financial reports and P&L management

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry-specific certifications such as CPM and/or RPA
• Deep understanding of market cycles and the ability to set short and long-term strategies
• Demonstrated accountability with budgets and capital expenses
