Senior Property Evaluator

Responsibilities

• Conduct market valuations for residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and land assets
• Undertake physical property inspections to assess condition, location, and legal status
• Prepare valuation reports using Market, Income, and Cost Approaches in line with RICS standards
• Monitor UAE real estate market trends and maintain a database of comparable transactions
• Lead the process of securing and maintaining company listings on bank valuation panels
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor junior valuers to meet RERA and RICS criteria
• Maintain RERA/DLD registration and ensure all valuations are registered through the DLD electronic system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Civil Engineering, Finance, or Economics
• RERA/DLD Valuer registration and RICS Registered Valuer status (MRICS)
• Minimum 5 years of property valuation experience in the UAE
• Eligibility for RERA Practice Card and valid Dubai Police Good Conduct Certificate
• Valid Driving Licence
• Proficiency in Excel and valuation software such as Argus Enterprise
• Deep understanding of IVS, RICS Red Book, and DLD/RERA regulations
