Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and manage high-value client relationships in Dubai's dynamic real estate market

• Mentor less experienced consultants to contribute to team success
• Generate new business independently through networking and lead management

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate market
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a client-focused approach
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai secondary market
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
• Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic are a plus)
• Valid UAE driver's licence and access to a vehicle preferred
