Senior Property Assistant

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors
• Respond in a timely manner to tenant inquiries to meet lease obligations
• Support the property manager by preparing accurate ownership reports on schedule
• Manage administrative tasks including work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, and property maintenance
• Ensure vendor compliance requirements are met

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within commercial real estate
• Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi or MRI
• Experience working with contracts and leasing agreements
• Strong decision-making capabilities and ability to provide high-level service
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality
