Senior Promotions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate strategic national and regional tradeshows, conferences, events, and sponsorships.
• Align messaging and graphics with company brand guidelines and standards.
• Develop and coordinate the implementation of annual strategic tradeshow and event plans.
• Partner with visual communication designers to develop collateral material and visual displays.
• Manage the delivery and setup of promotional materials, including exhibits and presentations.
• Track, analyze, and report on event deliverables, budgets, and sponsorship activities.
• Support corporate and business line campaigns through various promotional activities and programs.
• Serve as a key contact for advertising-related inquiries and assist in developing annual advertising plans.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related area.
• 5-8 years of experience in marketing or a sector-related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of desktop publishing software including InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
