Senior Promotions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate strategic national and regional tradeshows, conferences, events, sponsorships, advertising, and campaigns.
• Align messaging and graphics with company brand guidelines and standards.
• Develop and coordinate the implementation of an annual strategic tradeshow and event plan.
• Partner with visual communication designers to develop collateral material and visual displays.
• Manage the delivery and set-up of promotional materials, including exhibits, presentations, and print/electronic media.
• Track, analyze, and report on all tradeshow, sponsorship, and advertising activities, including budgets and deliverables.
• Serve as a key point of contact for advertising and sponsorship-related inquiries.
• Coordinate the purchase of promotional merchandise and client giveaways.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of marketing or sector-related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of desktop publishing software including InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
