Senior Promotions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate strategic national and regional tradeshows, conferences, events, sponsorships, advertising, and campaigns.
• Align messaging and graphics with company brand guidelines and standards.
• Develop and coordinate the implementation of an annual strategic tradeshow and event plan.
• Partner with visual communication designers to develop collateral material, visual displays, and sponsorship-related materials.
• Facilitate the delivery and set-up of all materials, including exhibits, presentations, and promotional items.
• Track, analyze, and report on all tradeshow, sponsorship, and advertising activities, including deliverables and budgets.
• Manage promotional merchandise purchases and maintain a promotional database to influence future participation.
• Serve as a key contact for advertising and sponsorship-related inquiries for the Buildings business line.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related area.
• 5-8 years of marketing or sector-related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of desktop publishing software including InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
• Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
