Senior Promotions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate strategic national and regional tradeshows, conferences, events, sponsorships, advertising, and campaigns.
• Align messaging and graphics with company brand guidelines and standards.
• Develop and coordinate the implementation of annual strategic tradeshow, event, and advertising plans.
• Partner with visual communication designers to develop collateral material, visual displays, and advertising copy.
• Manage the delivery and setup of promotional materials, including exhibits, presentations, and print/electronic assets.
• Track, analyze, and report on all promotional activities, including deliverables and budgets.
• Serve as a key point of contact for sponsorship and advertising-related inquiries.
• Coordinate the purchase of promotional merchandise and client giveaways.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in marketing or a sector-related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of desktop publishing software including InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
