Senior Projects and Continuous Improvement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentary archives, including file consultation, concentration, quality control, transcription, and coding.
• Organize participant agendas, prepare and follow up on meeting minutes to ensure agreement compliance.
• Participate in project requirement gathering and analysis, documenting functional and technical requirements, scopes, and dependencies.
• Provide user support and training regarding the Wholesale Banking Information Management and Reporting tools.
• Propose process improvements by identifying opportunities for optimization within the area.
• Support process diagramming, the creation of presentations, work plans, and change controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or Administration.
• 1 year of experience in systems analysis and development.
• 1 year of experience in project administration.
• 1 year of experience in process documentation and diagramming.
• 1 year of experience in requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of programming languages and SQL.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
• English proficiency at 50% (ability to hold simple conversations and translate technical documents).
