Senior Project Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Lead post-contract commercial management activities for a major development in Abu Dhabi
• Act as custodian of the Cost Plan, updating and reporting variances, risks, and forecasts
• Prepare Pricing Schedules and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for new works and changes
• Administer contracts in accordance with Employer procedures and Construction Contracts
• Review payment applications for compliance and prepare payment certifications
• Manage changes by identifying potential variations and preparing cost assessments
• Monitor claims compliance and review contractor claims for entitlement and accuracy
• Supervise one Project Surveyor and provide support to the Commercial & Contracts Lead

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a similar equivalent field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working on large-scale projects
• Essential experience in post-contract consultancy
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to travel daily to the site
• Proficiency in MS Office and cost management software
• Strong English communication and reporting skills

• MRICS professional designation
