Senior Project Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior process expert supporting fermentation and recovery operations
• Identify process constraints, variability, and optimization opportunities
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to improve yield, capacity, and cost efficiency
• Support product introduction and process transfers
• Lead or contribute to CAPEX, debottlenecking, and expansion projects
• Ensure process and equipment designs are practical for real plant environments
• Translate production needs into technical inputs and collaborate with project managers
• Support commissioning, startup, and ramp-up activities

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related disciplines
• 3+ years of experience in fermentation, formulation, or standardization
• Experience in biotech, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong hands-on experience in process optimization and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of industrial plant operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in CAPEX, expansion, or large-scale industrial projects
• Experience acting as a key technical user or project representative
