About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain integrated CPM schedules covering design through turnover
  • Collect field progress data and produce look-aheads, variance reports, and earned-value forecasts
  • Run critical path and what-if analyses to test sequencing and recovery plans
  • Integrate third-party interfaces, permitting, and long-lead procurement items
  • Generate narrative reports, Gantt charts, S-curves, and KPI dashboards
  • Perform schedule-risk assessments using Monte Carlo simulations
  • Support change orders and claims via Time Impact Analyses
  • Enforce schedule governance and mentor junior schedulers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
  • 10+ years of scheduling experience with large (> $500M) heavy-civil infrastructure projects
  • Experience with full CPM baseline development and resource/cost loading
  • Experience preparing Time Impact Analyses and quantifying schedule risk
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6, TILOS, MS Project, Bluebeam, or RSMeans
  • Proficiency in schedule risk analysis tools like Primavera Risk, Deltek Acumen Fuse, or @Risk
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in engineering or construction management
  • Professional certifications such as PSP (AACE), PMI-SP, PMP (PMI), or CCM (CMAA)
  • Experience with large (> $500M) complex heavy-civil airport projects
