Senior Project & Process Manager

Responsibilities

• Architect and unify global processes for Finance, HR, IT, and Legal across five continents
• Identify and automate manual workflows using AI-driven solutions and low-code tools like Zapier or Make
• Lead end-to-end strategic projects, such as implementing global ERP or HRIS systems
• Own the roadmap for operational maturity, including preparing for audits and ISO certifications
• Act as a bridge between C-level strategy and technical execution to ensure scalable infrastructure

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in high-growth environments, operational consulting, or operational excellence roles
• University degree in Business, Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Professional fluency in both German and English (C1 level required)
• Proven experience with modern SaaS stacks and AI implementation
• Strong analytical skills combined with an entrepreneurial "get-it-done" mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-functional projects in a global, multi-jurisdictional setting
• Proficiency with automation platforms such as Zapier or Make
