Senior Project Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction programs and the Master Schedule
• Integrate scheduling with reporting and broader project controls functions
• Coordinate with stakeholders across planning, pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases
• Monitor, analyse, and report on schedule performance, progress, and forecasts
• Conduct schedule quality checks, critical path analysis, and delay/forensic reviews
• Present schedule insights through dashboards and summary reports

Requirements

• Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain Australian Security Clearance, OR UK Citizenship with current Security Clearance
• Proven experience as a Project Planner, Scheduler, or Schedule Manager on major infrastructure projects (e.g., rail, utilities, aviation, civil, ports, transport)
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
• Experience with tools such as Safran, Acumen Fuse, Primavera Risk, or Power BI
• Experience working in both consultancy and client-side environments
• Willingness to be located in Adelaide

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale defence or nationally significant infrastructure programs
• Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse stakeholders
