Responsibilities
- Analyze customer ideas and challenges to translate them into technical solutions like PoCs, prototypes, and MVPs
- Plan and structure agile projects focusing on design sprints, iterative development, and user stories
- Use AI tools for rapid-cycle prototyping and transitioning ideas into production systems
- Facilitate internal and external project meetings and manage stakeholder requirements
- Support sales by building customer relationships and managing existing accounts
- Motivate engineering teams and drive technical or product decisions
Requirements
- 4+ years of project management experience in a project-based environment
- Hands-on development experience in engineering projects
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Solid experience in agile development processes and release management
- Proficiency in using AI tools for development and customer interaction
- Business fluency in German and English
