Senior Project or Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate highly complex projects and programs, typically with technical or security-critical content
• Drive change management in environments undergoing transformation, digitalization, or operational improvements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and industrial partners
• Contribute to business development within the Defence & Security sector

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a management consultant and/or working within the defense or security sector
• Experience in project management, program management, or portfolio management (traditional or agile)
• Experience implementing complex technical projects
• Experience with change management in large organizations
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in PMP, PPS, IPMA, PRINCE2, SAFe, or other agile certifications
• Knowledge of ITIL or equivalent governance frameworks
• Experience conducting projects within the defense and security sector (including defense industry)
• Courses or training from the Swedish Defence University (Försvarshögskolan)
