Senior Project Manager/Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects through the full project lifecycle in accordance with RIBA stages and GMP governance
• Establish project meeting structures and chair client meetings
• Manage the interface between design consultants and senior end-users
• Act as NEC Project Manager, responding to CEMAR notifications and managing compensation events
• Manage project scope, schedule, safety, compliance, quality, and risk
• Develop and maintain project plans and reporting structures
• Coordinate general contractors to ensure construction activities meet design briefs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proven project delivery experience
• NEC4 Accreditation
• GMP knowledge and experience

Preferred Qualifications

• APM Chartered Project Professional
• Experience in Life Sciences and/or Technical Construction
