Responsibilities
- Drive operational execution and financial performance
- Coordinate across internal teams and subcontractors
- Manage full project lifecycles from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee procurement, subcontractors, and daily operations
- Collaborate with field leadership to maintain schedules and productivity
- Manage project P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Handle RFIs, submittals, and change order processes
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in mechanical project management (HVAC and/or plumbing)
- Proven track record managing projects valued at $5M+
- Stable work history demonstrating progressive responsibility
- Strong leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate across disciplines
- Deep understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing installations
