Senior Project Manager/Project Manager, I&S

Responsibilities

• Act as an agent for the client to guide general contractors and maximize profit
• Manage construction PM duties for factories, research labs, data centers, and commercial facilities
• Formulate project plans and manage performance using KPIs
• Provide guidance and management to general contractors and design firms
• Manage resource procurement and continuous planning for Quality, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Experience in construction project management or construction site management

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional working experience in English
• Experience related to factories or industrial plants
