Senior Project Manager/Lead Project Manager - Data Center

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client to ensure alignment on strategic direction
• Provide leadership and oversight across all functional areas within the project team
• Monitor contractor progress and ensure alignment with the master schedule
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks for CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) works
• Manage and track contractor submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings
• Prepare and submit timely reports including daily logs, weekly updates, and monthly progress summaries
• Maintain and update the project risk register and issue logs
• Coordinate with client operations to minimize disruption during construction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management
• 8-15 years of experience in site-based project management
• Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in data centers
• Strong understanding of CSA and MEP
• Experience with quality assurance and safety protocols
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian
