Senior Project Manager/Associate Director - Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver public sector infrastructure projects in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Coordinate and lead project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Liaise closely with public sector clients to manage requirements, approvals, and reporting
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, safety, and statutory requirements including PSSCOC and WSH
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and changes
• Monitor project progress, cost control, and resource utilization
• Oversee contractor performance and coordinate procurement and contract administration

Requirements

• Recognized degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
• 8–10 years of project management experience, preferably in public-sector infrastructure
• Valid PSSCOC knowledge and strong understanding of WSH and statutory requirements
• Proven experience in project planning, cost, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with Singapore authority processes and regulatory frameworks
• Strong leadership and communication skills
