Senior Project Manager/Associate Director - Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of complex construction and workplace projects from inception to completion
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Develop project execution strategies and define KPIs
• Establish project governance frameworks and control mechanisms
• Drive executive-level reporting and performance dashboards
• Lead end-to-end procurement processes and vendor selection
• Monitor project budgets and manage financial performance using D-365
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety, quality, and progress

Requirements

• Construction related degree (Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Engineering, etc)
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project management or construction projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills with people management experience
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive client outcomes
• Experience in client management and business development
• Expertise in value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing
