About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of complex construction and workplace projects from inception to completion
- Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Develop project execution strategies and define KPIs
- Establish project governance frameworks and control mechanisms
- Drive executive-level reporting and performance dashboards
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes and vendor selection
- Monitor project budgets and manage financial performance using D-365
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety, quality, and progress
Requirements
- Construction related degree (Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Engineering, etc)
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project management or construction projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills with people management experience
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive client outcomes
- Experience in client management and business development
- Expertise in value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing
